2. Privacy by Design

Local AI Hub was built with privacy as the top priority. The app only connects to servers that you configure yourself. We have no access to your chats, data, or AI interactions.

3. What Data is Processed?

3.1 Local Data (on your device)

Chat history and messages
Server configurations and profiles
App settings and preferences
Folder structure and organization

This data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to us.

3.2 Server Communication

Messages sent to AI models
Uploaded files and images
Login credentials (for OpenWebUI/Gateway)

This data is sent directly to the server you configured. We have no access to it.

3.3 Optional Telemetry

If enabled (disabled by default), anonymized usage statistics are collected:

App version and iOS version
Device type (e.g., iPhone, iPad)
Crash reports

You can disable telemetry at any time in Settings.

4. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

Access: Learn what data we have
Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
Erasure: Have your data deleted
Objection: Object to processing
Data Portability: Receive your data in a common format

5. Data Security

All data is stored locally on your device

HTTPS encryption for server communication

6. Third Parties

The app uses the following third-party services:

Apple App Store: For app download and in-app purchases
Your configured servers: Ollama, OpenWebUI, ComfyUI, etc.

We do not use tracking services, advertising networks, or analytics platforms.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

In the app: Settings - Delete Data
Uninstall the app: Removes all local data
Delete account: Go to Account Deletion

8. Children's Privacy

Local AI Hub is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email.
