1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Local AI Hub ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Local AI Hub is an iOS application that allows users to:

• Connect to local AI servers (Ollama, OpenWebUI, etc.)
• Chat with AI models
• Generate images using AI
• Organize conversations in folders
• Synchronize data with self-hosted servers

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing and maintaining your own AI server infrastructure
• Ensuring your server is properly configured and secured
• The content you generate or process through the App
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Keeping your login credentials secure

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

• Generate illegal content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Pricing & Payments

5.1 App Purchase (Base Version)

Local AI Hub is available as a one-time purchase for €3.99 / $3.99. This includes all basic features with no time limit.

5.2 Premium Upgrade (One-Time Purchase)

Additional Premium features can be unlocked as a one-time in-app purchase for €9.99 / $9.99. This is explicitly not a subscription – buy once, use forever.

Premium includes:

• Unlimited profiles and folders
• All 4 themes + custom accent colors
• Image generation (ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E)
• Cloud sync across devices
• Extended export formats (PDF, Markdown, JSON)
• 2FA / MFA security
• Widgets (iOS, macOS)
• All future Premium features

5.3 Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through the respective App Store (Apple App Store / Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted through the respective App Store. We cannot process refunds directly. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund inquiries.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Maison Lunaire Recordings. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

Content you create using the App remains your property, subject to any third-party rights (e.g., the AI models you use may have their own licensing terms).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate
• Compatibility with all servers or configurations
• The security of your data on third-party servers

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maison Lunaire Recordings shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of AI-generated content
• Issues caused by third-party servers or services

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maison Lunaire Recordings from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Premium features if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
